WELCOME
Welcome to the Mid-Michigan Hispanic Business Association. We are a not-for profit organization established to enhance relationships and promote economic growth and development for Hispanic businesses. The MMHBA is governed by a Board of Directors and works with several committees to execute its mission and vision.
Welcome to our website MMHBA members and friends. For our members, the website is a great way to keep up with current MMHBA activities and upcoming events. For any visitors or potential members, the website is a great way to find out more about what the MMHBA has to offer, in addition, our member profiles allow you to learn who our members are and a little about their businesses, professional careers, educational backgrounds and community interest.
The 2010 year, our 27th, offers our members another exciting year. The MMHBA will again be involved with the Cinco de Mayo Parade, The Great Lakes Bay Hispanic Leadership Institute, The Thompson Middle School Hispanic Youth Initiative, many social and networking opportunities, as well as some fun fundraising events. We continue to grow as an organization and now have over 70 members. Our monthly meetings are designed to address current MMHBA affairs and opportunities as well as offer dynamic guest speakers who in turn provide exciting and engaging dialogue.
The MMHBA is fast becoming one of the most influential Hispanic organizations in the Great Lakes Region. Our members come from a very diversified background representing: Business Owners, Education, Law, Community Activist, college students and more.
If you are not currently a member, I encourage you to join this dynamic organization. If you are already a member, I encourage you to share some of your time and talent and become engaged in one of our many committees. With the experience and energy the MMHBA members have to offer, together our accomplishments can be great.
